My family found the valet parking very convenient (especially during peak season). The short walk to town proved ideal for shopping and exploring local attractions. I found the complimentary gym access very convenient. The well kept sauna was a relaxing way to unwind after a busy day.
I found that the restaurant required reservations (even for hotel guests).

Wonderful Stay with Sea Views!

I enjoyed a short walk to the town center. The continental breakfast was good (especially the pastries!). The staff were very friendly, and my room was reasonably clean. I was kinda surprised that the single room felt larger than expected.
I found the lighting and switching system in my room to be a bit confusing. The lack of clear instructions made it difficult to operate everything efficiently. Perhaps a simple guide could be provided to improve this experience .

My room included complimentary gin and tonic, a lovely touch. The beds and pillows were very comfortable, and I had a good night's sleep. The room decor inside blends art deco with character features too.

I loved the unique cruise ship decor. It was such a fun surprise! The breakfast terrace had amazing views, I spent ages there savoring the food. The fitness centre was also amazing. It included a complimentary sauna, a swimming pool, and a jacuzzi. The complimentary gin in my room was an extra special touch!
The walk into town included a steep slope, I would have liked to know that beforehand.

Vegan milk options are available without needing to ask, I thought that was amazing! I also enjoyed the variety of pastries. The coconut milk overnight oats are particularly noteworthy. The food was AMAZING!!!

Staff members are very helpful and smiley. They provide perfect service. Every staff member was cute, friendly, and helpful. I thought that was special. Mollie, Bliss, and Nicole were great too ensure everything was perfect.
